From performing on the same stage as Black Hippy and Nipsey Hussle at Paid Dues, to spending more than two decades perfecting their craft, emcee Timothy Rhyme and producer Gabriel Velasquez have come together to create PROFOUND, a hip hop duo that puts a soulful spin to genuine and introspective lyrics in the hopes of creating an atmosphere of vulnerability for the listener.
"We want people to get to know the real us through our music. For Gabriel, it is one of the only ways he can truly express himself," Timothy says, "for me, it's a way to remind myself, and whoever is listening that they can conquer their fears and transform their lives through growth."
